Mami Tomoe - Puella Magi Madoka Magica

I will not apologize for the large amount of Mami pictures that I will be uploading (she's my favorite, what can I say?). I ended up doing like, 4 different photoshoots for her at Katsucon, and I'm just getting them all back. I had an absolutely incredible time (for once I made a vlog instead of ranting in a journal, the link is posted in a journal XD), and this is one of my favorite pictures from the con (although I was almost blinded by the Sun XD) because you can see my gun and the corset.

As I wrote in on my most recent picture, I did a write up of how I made my costume and the musket on my Tumblr ([link] and [link]).

This is easily one of the best cosplays I have ever seen. A decent amount are good to the point of actually recognizing the character, and a decent amount who can show off incredible contour textile skills. Your one of the people who can actually capture the character realistically. The hair, makeup, coloring, seaming are amazing; not to mention the photo quality, color contrast, positioning and scenery that divergent-ly flares up the image originally. There's never perfect, the gun could use another coat and touch-ups on the edges and the straps could use work as well but there really isn't anything negative to point out, just improving the amazing talents you already have.

Lovely and great attention to detail as always. If you get the opportunity to do some green-screen work, might I suggest a shot of you sipping tea while you hair is being blown about? After all, nothing says "badass" quite like sipping tea and not bothering to look at the explosion you just caused. ;)
