Boa Hancock - One Piece

I haven't uploaded any pictures of Boa in a while, and Otakon was what, almost 4 months ago? Sorry about that! This was taken by the absolutely wonderful *SoulFire-Studio. Boa is one of my favorite costumes, and all the work that went into it definitely was worth it. For anyone that's interested, I wrote up a sort of FAQ on how I did various aspects of the costume here: [link]. Also, I made a cosplay fanpage for all of my shenanigans here: [link]. I'll be posting progress pictures and new photos before they even go on here, so go like it please!

DISCLAIMER: Yes, my chest is indeed on the bigger side; I don't need to be reminded or informed of this (so please, don't just comment for the sole sake of telling me). And while I, like every girl, likes to be told I'm attractive, constantly commenting about how sexy I look gets old. Constructive critiques and compliments are the things I like to see. I'm sure this probably gets annoying to see on all of my stuff, for which I apologize. Thanks for reading this.

Damn, I just can't decide which one is more accurate-ish-y. . . this, or your Nami cosplay. Both are outstandingly accurate (and I don't just mean the costume, your looks work just perfect for both), if not the most accurate ones that I've ever seen for this characters. =D

Excellent photo, but you might want to watch your depth of field, i.e. how much in focus objects are in respect to the camera.
Better lightning can help with this, as can a narrower aperture on the camera.

If you did all that sewing yourself, good grief, good work ^^.

no offence intended, but a Disclaimer like that seems egotistical. "constantly commenting about how sexy I look gets old" , someday people are going to stop saying that... and you are going to miss the sentiment. but, great costume. you pull off a lot of your looks :-)

If you think it's egotistical, then I don't think you understood the disclaimer. The main reason I put those on my pictures is, for the most part, whenever I have pictures that have any hint of cleavage or skin, the majority of comments aren't pertaining to the cosplay itself, but to my body. It is really nice being told that you're attractive, but... I dunno. It gets a little tedious clicking through comment after comment that just says "sexy" or "nice rack" (I am not over exaggerating, I swear). Like, I put pictures on Deviantart so people can see my cosplays, not my body. It is true that my physical features do aid my cosplaying (kind of... it's a pain to actually make costumes fit), but I just wish that they weren't the main reason why people were looking at my costumes. I hope that made sense. >.<

total sense. personally, it was the red hair that sucked me in. it's so vivid (i don't know if its natural or a filter). have you ever tried "Kerrigan" from Star Craft? kick ass goggles, skin tight suit, BIG GUN! I think you'd pull that off. in the mean time, keep up the great pics.

and sorry if i was rude. I get angry at attractive people that brush off compliments like they are bothersome flies.
but it doesn't seem like that is the case.
